RETURN POLICY (For Cosmetic Products)
Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, our return and exchange conditions are as follows:
Return Conditions:
For Hygiene and Health Reasons: Opened, used, or even slightly unsealed products cannot be returned.
Product Errors: If the product you received is damaged, expired, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery to request a return.
Eligible Returns:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The invoice, order number, and any promotional items must be included in the return package.
Return Process:
You can submit your return request by emailing info@[yourwebsite].com or through our contact form.
Once approved, the item must be sent to the specified address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After the product is received and inspected, if it meets return conditions, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened, used, or hygiene-compromised products
Discounted or clearance items
Products made specifically for the customer (customized products)

დაბრუნების პროცედურა:

მოთხოვნის დამტკიცების შემდეგ, პროდუქტი უნდა გამოგვიგზავნოთ მითითებულ მისამართზე. გადაზიდვის ხარჯები ეკისრება მომხმარებელს.
პროდუქტის მიღებისა და შემოწმების შემდეგ, თუ ის აკმაყოფილებს დაბრუნების პირობებს, თანხის დაბრუნება განხორციელდება 5–10 სამუშაო დღის განმავლობაში.
დაბრუნებას არ ექვემდებარება:
